Cancellation Policy
New colour clients: require a consultation skin test at least 48 hours prior to their appointment. All colour clients: require a 50% deposit to secure a colour appointment - which is fully refundable up to 48 hours before booking. Colour appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will not be refunded.
